Job Opportunity – Electromechanical and Automation Technician

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support to customers (diagnosis, troubleshooting, follow-up on requests).

Advise and assist customers with the integration and configuration of automation solutions (drives, controllers, related software, etc.).

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on electric motors and electromechanical equipment.

Analyze the root causes of electrical and mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions.

Contribute to optimizing the performance of motorized and automated systems.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the success of projects.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation (technical data, drawings, certifications).

Carry out testing, measurements, and validations on electrical installations and automated systems.
Desired Profile
-
Education in electromechanics, electrical engineering technology, industrial automation, or a related field.

Relevant experience in technical support, electromechanics, and/or automation (an asset).

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (motors, electrical systems, drives, etc.).

Good oral and written communication skills in French and English.

Autonomy, customer service orientation, and team spirit.
